Google Docs
(https://docs.google.com)
The founder, Sam
Schillace created Google docs. Google
docs originated from two separate products, Writley and Google
Spreadsheets. It was created in 2005 and
introduced a year later. It
is a free browser based word processor.
Users can produce and share text documents, slide presentations,
spreadsheets, drawings, surveys and many more.
It is user-friendly with tools and collaborative features that can
enable multiple users to share and access to documents at the same time. When
two different people open the same document, Google docs can let you know where
exactly in the document the other person is typing. The best thing about Google docs is that it
is compatible with most presentation software and word processor applications. It has a massive storage of up to 15 MG.
Other advantages
of using Google Docs includes its ability to save whatever you
type or modify in mere seconds and it is easily accessible
anywhere. Google doc documents are
always saved to the cloud diminishing corrupted files, and tons of terrific add
ons or features are easily accessible.
It is very
simple to use and has similar features of every other word processor. To learn more about Google docs watch the
